Aligned with the Prime Minister's directive and in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), Contech International, in consortium with HMZ Consultants, is conducting a comprehensive third-party audit of nursing colleges and institutions across Pakistan. This assessment aims to establish a roadmap for capacity building in institutional management, curriculum development, teacher training, organizational leadership, and mentoring.

The purpose of this audit is to evaluate the quality of nursing education, highlight strengths and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to elevate standards to meet international best practices. The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (M/o NHSR&C) has commissioned this consortium to assess 479 degree and diploma-awarding nursing colleges and institutes across Pakistan’s four provinces and two regions. Audits are currently underway.
