Reach Every District (RED)/Reach Every Community (REC) Strategy Evaluation Pakistan (2014-18)

UNICEF commissioned an independent evaluation and awarded Contech a national level evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the RED/REC strategy. The evaluation documented the process, strengths, weaknesses and challenges observed out of the implementation of the strategy and focused on identifying key aspiration to initiate RED/REC approach in selected low performing districts. The evidence from the evaluation was used to inform Federal and provincial Government decisions on investing in the institutionalisation of all five RED/REC approaches with due prioritization and budgetary allocations, and to define UNICEF's position and programming for the scale up of the strategy across country.
