Consultants were engaged to work on the Technical Assistance Management Agency's (TAMA) Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) cost estimation activity. The overall objective of the activity was to estimate the costs of attaining the targets for health and population set in Pakistan's PRSP.
