Developing Mechanism for bonuses and incentives for Program Managers and Staff of Federal, Provincial and District MNCH cells

NMNCHP envisaged financial incentives and bonuses for program managers and staff working at different levels. Contech International was given the responsibility to define the mechanism and criterion for giving out these incentives. In-depth interviews were conducted with all provincial MNCH managers and consultations were held with key officials. A consensus was built in relation to identification and prioritization of KPIs, their proposed source of information, proposed scoring mechanism and strategy of how to disburse the incentive amount and the prospective beneficiaries.
